At Lifeline Support Services, we provide compassionate support and coaching for individuals, families, and anyone in need of someone to talk to while navigating life’s challenges. Our services include Second Chance Solutions (pardon petition drafting), Pre-Incarceration Coaching, Family Coaching, Re-entry Coaching, and the ESA Program for temporary emotional support animal interaction. Whether you are facing the justice system, working toward reentry, coping with family struggles, or simply seeking a safe and understanding space to be heard, we are here for you.
Led by our founder, James Dillingham, a Gulf War veteran with over 20 years of combined lived experiences, Lifeline Support Services understands the unique challenges faced by those impacted by incarceration as well as the everyday stresses that weigh on individuals and families. James has been certified as a Master Instructor, trained in criminal justice, emergency management, project management, re-entry and a pardon petition specialist. James has spent decades advising, teaching, and advocating. That blend of lived experience, professional training, and direct service work is what makes him a true Transformation Expert. Our mission is to empower people to overcome barriers, create opportunities, and build brighter, more hopeful futures.
We are also proud to partner with The House of Adonai, a safe community and house of refuge, dedicated to helping believers—Jewish and Gentile—rediscover the Bible in its original context. Through Bible study and spiritual guidance, participants explore God’s Word, the Jewish roots of faith, and the hope offered through Yeshua HaMashiach (Jesus the Messiah), without the constraints of man-made traditions or religious hierarchies. This partnership allows us to offer holistic support—addressing practical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
Lifeline Support Services exists to stand beside people when life feels overwhelming or uncertain. We offer guidance and encouragement through programs designed to reduce isolation, build resilience, and create real opportunities for change. From navigating difficult transitions to finding strength in moments of crisis, we provide a trusted place where individuals and families can feel heard, supported, and equipped to move forward with dignity and hope.
At Lifeline Support Services, your voice matters. Feel free to connect with us during business hours.
